By submitting this form, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accuracy of Information

The guest declares that all information provided is complete, accurate, and up to date.

The guest is responsible for any damages or consequences resulting from the submission of false, incomplete, or inaccurate information.

3. Information Collected

The following information may be requested, among others:

• Full name;
• Date of birth;
• Nationality;
• Country of residence;
• Identification document number (National ID Card, Passport, or another valid identification document);
• Tax Identification Number (where applicable);
• Email address;
• Phone number;
• Check-in and check-out dates;
• Any other information required by applicable law for accommodation services.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

The information collected is used exclusively to:

• Complete the check-in process;
• Comply with legal obligations applicable to local accommodation establishments;
• Verify the identity of guests;
• Manage the reservation;
• Facilitate communication between the accommodation provider and the guest during the stay.

5. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The information will be used solely for the purposes described above and will not be sold or used for commercial purposes without a valid legal basis.

6. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal and administrative obligations or for the period determined by the accommodation provider.

7. Data Controller

The Data Controller is the accommodation establishment where the reservation has been made.

The check-in platform acts solely as a technology service provider, processing personal data on behalf of the accommodation provider and in accordance with its instructions.

8. Guest Rights

Guests may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability in accordance with applicable legislation by contacting the accommodation provider responsible for the reservation.

9. Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

10. Acceptance

By submitting the check-in form, the guest confirms that:

• They have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
• The information provided is accurate and truthful;
• They authorize the processing of their personal data for the purposes described herein;
• They understand that providing incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent the completion of the check-in process.
